Founded by a licensed cosmetologist, my studio provides a welcoming space where every client receives exclusive care, education, and natural transformations tailored to your needs. (Required for all color services) Appointment Prep 📅 • Please book 5-7 business days in advance of your desired install date to ensure hair extensions availability. All extension orders must be submitted before 4:30 PM PST. • Appointments cannot be modified, please double-check your selection. • Color Disclaimer: Results vary based on your hair’s condition and history. My priority is maintaining your hairs health while achieving the closest possible result. Salon Service Prep 🌿 • Arrive fully detangled and ready for the shampoo bowl. • Do not wash your hair or extensions within 72 hours of a color service. • For custom color: text to arrange your 48 hour drop off. • Cut extensions must be grouped by length and include at least one full bundle. • Quickweaves: Clients with longer natural hair must book the last appointment of the day to ensure proper preparation and scalp care. Cancellation Policy

💲 Reservation Policy Installations (Hair Not Included) — A $30 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service balance. Installations (Hair Included) — refer to your package for the required hair deposit. Deposits are transferable once per booking and must be used within 7 days of the original appointment. ⏳ Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Late cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited. No-Shows: 1st offense: Deposit forfeited 2nd offense: 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. 💳 Card & Payment Policy Remaining balance is due at check-in. First-time clients: cash only. Returning clients: cash, tap pay, or card. **Please note that card payments are subject to taxes and processing fees.** Bring exact cash, as no change will be provided. ⚠️ Missed Payments Clients with unpaid fees or outstanding balances will not be able to schedule new appointments until payment is made in full. Credits are non-transferable and will expire. ⏱️ Arrival • Please arrive 15 minutes early. There is a 5-minute grace period. Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation and will be treated as a no-show. No exceptions. 👥 Extra Guests • Extra guests are not permitted. This ensures comfort, safety, and a peaceful environment for all clients. 👩🏽‍🦱 Client Age Policy • I provide services to clients ages 16 and up. • Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to their appointment to sign a parental consent form. • Valid ID may be required to verify age. 📸 Service Agreement Please communicate openly about your satisfaction during your appointment your feedback is always valued. All services are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Photos and videos may be taken for educational and social media purposes.
